With January 2025 behind us, let's look at the product metrics and see how we kicked off the year. Time to dive in!
Currently, we are live with these eight products - NeetoRecord, NeetoCal, NeetoChat, NeetoDesk, NeetoKB, NeetoForm, NeetoCode & NeetoInvoice.
Here are some high-level metrics for these products. All the data is for January 2025.
Number of new workspaces created in Neeto: 2486 (↑ 28%)
Number of form submissions in NeetoForm: 2244 (↑ 92%)
Number of invoices generated in NeetoInvoice: 114 (↑ 2%)
Number of new meeting links created in NeetoCal: 897 (↑ 38%)
Number of meetings booked using NeetoCal: 7534 (↑ 60%)
Number of recordings created in NeetoRecord: 9462 (↑ 35%)
Number of projects created using NeetoCode: 2189 (↑ 71%)

For January, the total payment collected using NeetoCal, NeetoForm and NeetoInvoice was around $106,720.81 USD (we used the current exchange rate to calculate). Here is the breakdown.

Gmail integration on NeetoDesk has been improved, and archived emails will no longer be synced.
NeetoDesk will automatically exclude signatures and irrelevant content, making the content clearer and cleaner.
The issues where parsing some of the emails from MS Outlook prevented ticket creation is now fixed.
NeetoCal now supports adding separate tax amounts for payments.
NeetoCal now allows you to configure calendar event per meeting link which will override the global setting.
NeetoCal has now made it easier to create routing forms.
NeetoCal Pro plan is now available.
The issue where external redirection for paid meetings wasn't working properly is now fixed.
NeetoChat now supports the chat widget's text-only button on mobile browsers as well.
NeetoChat now has a ticket transcript download URL included in webhook calls, enabling automated transcript downloads for systems that use webhooks.
The issue of the widget styles not loading smoothly on mobile browsers is now fixed.
NeetoRecord now lets you choose from predefined aspect ratios like 4:3 or 16:9.
Pro users of NeetoRecord can now remove NeetoRecord branding and showcase your logos.
NeetoRecord now lets you move recordings between workspaces with ease.
NeetoRecord's desktop app now supports resizing the camera by dragging.
The issue with desktop app redirection during login is now fixed.
The issue where filtering using the "last updated" timestamp and "submissions by date" responses wasn't working properly has now been fixed.
NeetoForm now supports reordering automation rules.
NeetoForm now allows you to skip conditionally hidden payment elements during form submission.
The issue where logo height resets on alignment change is now fixed.
The issue of embedded videos missing in email notifications is now fixed.
NeetoKB is now fully customizable, with all content and elements, including the "ON THIS PAGE" string, editable through the Admin Panel and automatically translated to the local language.
NeetoKB now allows you to add descriptions for categories.
The issue where filtering using the "last updated timestamp" and "submissions by date responses" wasn't working properly has now been fixed.
NeetoCal just hit a new milestone—over 450+ bookings in a single day.
NeetoForm crossed 2k submissions for the first time in January.
