We're trying to make it better in the coming milestone.</li><li>External redirection for paid meetings wasn't working properly, this has been fixed.</li><li>When the timezone of the browser and the timezone the client chooses from the selector are different, it causes a bug that prevents the booking of a slot. Reimagining Headstrong Pro’s scheduling journey

Headstrong Counselling is a Community Interest Company and a mental health counselling         service provider in London. They provide remote therapy sessions to people experiencing mild to moderate         health challenges.

Before using NeetoCal into their operations, Headstrong Pro faced several challenges.         Managing the diverse schedules and preferences of over 70 counsellors was a daunting task, leading to         scheduling conflicts and inefficiencies. Coordinating different video conferencing platforms caused         communication breakdowns. Manual payment splitting added administrative burdens and compensation delays. It means all the             counsellors are free to pick the schedule that works best for them. Some counsellors work on Mondays,             Thursdays, and Fridays, and some work only on Tuesdays. What time you work is also 100% controlled by them.

Some people prefer Zoom, and some prefer Google Meet. Headstrong Pro allows to pick the video               conferencing software of their choice. NeetoCal supports Zoom, Google Meet, and much more. It               means counselors don't need to leave the tool they are used to working with.
