Milestone M32 updates

Let's go through what we got done in Milestone M32 (Mar 10 - Mar 23).

Enhancements

• Addressed performance and consistency issues reported by the active_record_doctor gem by adding necessary indices, removing unused ones and adding validations at both the database and model levels.

• Added utm_source and utm_campaign to the "Made with NeetoPublish" link.

Bug fixes

• Fixed author name sorting issue on the dashboard page.

• Replaced unpkg CDN URLs with jsDelivr to fix the style issue in the public page.
