Milestone M29 updates

Let's go through what we got done in Milestone M29 (Jan 27 - Feb 09).

• The subscription verification email was showing the organization name even when the blog name was present. A fix was added to display the blog name if available, or fallback to the organization name.

• Fixed vulnerabilities found in yarn audit.
