#### Enhancements

- Linkified phone number responses and added copy icon next to both email and phone number responses.

- Added separate cards for email notifications instead of it being nested inside a notifications card in settings.

#### Bug fixes

- Fixed issues in exporting submission details when rows are hidden by filters in Google Sheet.

- Fixed issues related to storing responses for terms and conditions.

- Fixed examples for embedding NeetoForm in a React and NextJS application.
