Milestone M31 updates

Let's go through what we got done in Milestone M31 (Feb 24 - Mar 09).

Enhancements

• Previously, the feature request URL included only the tag number. Now, it’s a combination of the tag number and a slug generated from the title, making it more SEO-friendly.

• Made changes in the backend as per the guidelines provided by the engineering team on Ruby best practices to improve performance.

• Feature request tag numbers are now displayed on Kanban view cards.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed vulnerabilities found in yarn audit.
