Milestone M26 updates

Users can now manage voters directly from the feature request details page, allowing them to add or remove voters without navigating to a different page.

Users can now edit the title and description of feature requests inline, without leaving the details page.

Feature requests are now sorted by the number of votes, with the most-voted requests appearing first, making it easier to prioritize popular requests.

Added logic to send email notifications only to BigBinary emails and will include others once the feature is stable.
