With March 2025 behind us, let's look at the product metrics. Time to dive in!

Currently, we are live with these eleven products - NeetoRecord, NeetoCal, NeetoChat, NeetoDesk, NeetoKB, NeetoForm, NeetoCode, NeetoInvoice, NeetoQuiz, NeetoSite & NeetoPlaydash.

Here are some high-level metrics for these products. All the data is for March 2025.

• Number of new workspaces created in Neeto: 2,454 (↓ 2%)

• Number of meetings booked using NeetoCal: 31,304 (↑ 95%)

• Number of new meeting links created in NeetoCal: 1,033 (↑ 12%)

• Number of recordings created in NeetoRecord: 11,087 (↑ 10%)

• Number of form submissions in NeetoForm: 4,105 (↑ 48%)

• Number of invoices generated in NeetoInvoice: 130 (↑ 31%)

• Number of tickets created in NeetoDesk: 12,140 (↑ 74%)

• Number of new articles created in NeetoKB: 7,568 (↓ 4%)

• Number of projects created using NeetoCode: 3,590 (↑ 3%)

• Number of sites create using NeetoSite: 61 (↓ 34%)

• Number of tests reported in NeetoPlaydash: 85,243 (↑ 27%)

For March, the total payment collected using NeetoCal, NeetoForm and NeetoInvoice was around $108,313.47 USD​ (we used the current exchange rate to calculate). Here is the breakdown.

🚀 Product Updates

NeetoCal

• NeetoCal now allows you to customize the labels for the Name and Email fields in your scheduling links.

• You can also set priorities when using round-robin scheduling to ensure certain team members are scheduled first, improving scheduling efficiency.

• NeetoCal now sends only one notification if you add an event to multiple Google calendars, preventing unnecessary alerts and keeping your inbox less cluttered.

• NeetoCal now lets you select phone call as an option when choosing a meeting location, making scheduling more flexible and convenient for those who prefer phone conversations over video or in-person meetings.

• The minimum start time increment has been updated from its previous value which was 5 to 3 minutes, giving you fine control over their scheduling.

• NeetoCal now includes new dynamic variables that let workflow emails specify the booking start and end times in both the client’s and host’s timezones, ensuring better clarity and reducing confusion about scheduled times.

• The issue where time slots were not appearing in the correct order when the page was set to Russian has been resolved.

• The issue where clients in timezones behind UTC were missing some time slots for the current day has been fixed.

• The issue where disabled workflows were still running has been fixed.

• The issue where setting an availability override as unavailable for a day via the external API wasn’t working correctly has been fixed.

NeetoRecord

• NeetoRecord desktop app now lets you skip uploading videos to NeetoRecord and instead record and store them locally.

• NeetoRecord now lets you check the new "Pending Uploads" section to retry any failed uploads, ensuring your recordings are safe and sound.

• You can now set an expiry time for shared links and control how long your videos remain accessible.

• NeetoRecord desktop app now displays a thumbnail of the screen when selecting it.

• The basic info page on the web is now more cleaner and got some improvements.

• Title and summary generation is now faster than before.

• The issue where mouse click highlights weren’t functioning on secondary screens has been fixed.

• The issue where inviting users from access control wasn't sending emails has been fixed.

• Memory issues during long recordings have been fixed.

• The issue where discarding a recording after selecting 'Custom size' on Windows caused subsequent recordings to fail has been fixed.

NeetoForm

• NeetoForm now supports cloning conditional logic when cloning forms.

• NeetoForm now supports having more granular permissions for your user roles.

• The layout issues on the Google Sheets, Mailchimp, and WhatsApp integration pages have been fixed.

• The issue causing page crashes related to Stripe in draft previews has been fixed.

• The issue where the page would crash while accessing form settings has been fixed.

NeetoDesk

• NeetoDesk now automatically creates corresponding activities and sends notifications to the connected Slack channel whenever you send tickets to GitHub, Linear, or NeetoPlanner.

• NeetoDesk's ticket update API now supports adding values for custom fields.

• NeetoDesk now lets you enhance your web forms with CAPTCHA functionality for better security. System fields like Priority and Category are also available for use in web forms. Additionally, web forms can be directly embedded into your websites or applications for a more seamless user experience.

🏆 Small Wins

NeetoCal has achieved another milestone — over 4.7k+ bookings in a single day and more than 31k+ bookings last month.

NeetoForm crossed 4k submissions in March.
